DentaPure had invested heavily in equipment, staff training, and clinic interiors — creating an experience that rivalled private clinics in Western Europe. But their website looked like it was built in 2014: stock photos, generic copy, no clear differentiation from the dozens of competing dental practices in their city.

The clinic's average patient value was significantly higher than competitors, but their website wasn't attracting that demographic. Price-sensitive patients would book — then leave when they saw the premium pricing. The right patients weren't finding them at all.
